What is a Cottage Food Permit?
It is a licensed and permitted operation through the Washington State Department of Agriculture which allows preparation and sale of products from a home kitchen and residence that has not been subject to a standard inspection criteria.  Rather, there is a strict application process unique to the national cottage food industry.  You can learn more by visiting  Cottage Food | Washington State Department of Agriculture

Where can I find you around town?
When we have a set schedule we will post it on our website and social pages! For now, we are offering sales online only.

How do I take care of my treats?
Each treat has a different set of care instructions. You may download them here: Fudge, Cookies, Chocolate Covered Oreos. Each order comes with a care card when picked up.

Do you offer custom items or large quantities?
If you are interested in custom items or a large order email me at info@violetsfudge.com!

What are your prices and what payment types do you accept?
Prices are listed on the menu page for each item.
Payment types accepted: Credit/Debit, Venmo (@VioletsFudge), or PayPal

What allergens are in your products?

Items produced in my home kitchen may have contact with common allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, etc. so I am unable to accommodate serious allergies. Please feel free to email me with any questions regarding ingredients. Each item has a complete list of ingredients included.

Do you have a storefront?
Violet’s Fudge & Sweets does not have a storefront. We operate out of our home and attend markets, festivals, and other events around town.

Where do I pick it up? Do you offer delivery?
Once your order is ready, curbside pickup from our cottage home bakery is available as well as delivery (for an additional cost dependent on zip code). We are located in Bellevue, Washington (98008).
